venues. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, organizing, and flawlessly executing a wide range of events, from corporate functions and galas to intimate weddings and luxury retreats. Your duties will encompass client liaison, vendor management, budget control, event design, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with clients to understand their event needs, vision, and objectives. Develop comprehensive event proposals, including themes, décor, catering, entertainment, and staffing. Create detailed event timelines and manage all logistical aspects to ensure seamless execution. Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with a diverse range of vendors (e.g., caterers, florists, AV technicians, entertainers). Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details align with client expectations and brand standards. On-site management of events, troubleshooting issues as they arise and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., F&B, sales, operations) to ensure smooth event delivery. Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and analyzing success metrics. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of event trends, industry best practices, and innovative event concepts. Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Manage client expectations and build strong, lasting relationships. Develop creative event concepts that align with luxury hospitality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably within the luxury hospitality or high-end events industry. Proven experience in managing all aspects of event planning, from conception to execution. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Excellent budget management and financial acumen. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client relations skills. Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
