- Support Our Client's overall contract management function, managing everything from deal intake and contract drafting to negotiations and system improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional business leads across diverse teams to navigate complex spend initiatives, structure deals, and drive cost containment efforts.
- Manage and mitigate data and user privacy risks while ensuring compliance with Our Client's corporate policies and controls.
- Coordinate with legal, risk management, and business teams to resolve key issues and optimize the end-to-end process from quote creation to signature completion.
- Share best practices and provide training to peers and outside business units to enhance the efficiency and quality of Our Client's contracting processes.
