Compensation: Hourly base pay plus ability to earn a weekly performance-oriented bonus. The position is heavily weighted toward bonus compensation with uncapped earning opportunity. The duties involve supporting our financial sector clients in efforts to locate and recover collateral. Candidates must be able to utilize computer technology to manage a case load, use a variety of investigative databases, and provide engaging service on the phone with a professional demeanor. Candidate must have reliable, high-speed internet and suitable working environment at home. The successful candidate will need to pass pre-employment screenings. Drug-free workplace. • High-volume account management
• Manage client and customer communications
• Provide professional and regulatory compliant communication at all times
• Document and update records based on interactions or investigative progress

Note: Depending on location, certain restrictions may apply Position Requirements Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, law enforcement, collections or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to compile progress reports for clients and/or supervisors
• Ability to communicate in English in both written and verbal forms in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to comply with company policies, guidelines, rules, and directives
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to remain in a stationary position at a desk/workstation for an extended period of time.

This is an office-based (currently home office) position, no field work is required.
