Description This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to work within a leading staffing and recruiting agency dedicated to connecting healthcare professionals with top-tier facilities. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in radiology to assess and interpret medical imaging, contributing to accurate diagnoses and patient care. As part of our mission, you will play a critical role in guiding healthcare organizations in finding the right talent while ensuring compliance with industry standards and practices.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures and interpret results accurately Consult with physicians and healthcare teams on patient imaging needs Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance measures Stay updated with advancements in radiology techniques and technologies Participate in the training and mentorship of junior radiology staff Engage in continuous education and professional development Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives Maintain accurate records of patient imaging and findings

Requirements

MD or DO degree with board certification in Radiology Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical radiology setting Proficient in various imaging modalities (X-ray, MRI, CT, Ultrasound) Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30a-5p Call Requirement: 6 weekends per year Setting: 100% remote Daily Volume: 90-100 RVUs Cases: Primarily general diagnostic/body imaging, can include MSK/neuro if interested Team Structure: 9 partners EMR: Epic PACS System: Sectra Dictation: Powerscribe 1 Workstation provided Must be board-certified About the Benefits: Competitive base salary 15 weeks of PTO Medical malpractice coverage Apply To This Job
