Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via the live chat system
  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex services and policies
  • Assisting customers in resolving issues and navigating the arenaflex website
  • Documenting and logging all customer interactions for tracking and reporting purposes
  • Escalating complex issues to higher support levels as necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Participating in training sessions and staying updated on new services, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

To succeed as a Live Chat Agent, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under 4 hours per day, with flexible scheduling
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be located in the specified state and have a reliable internet connection

Educational Qualifications:

While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, additional certifications or coursework in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Experience:
