Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types through inbound calls * Deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers * Work with leading technologies and systems to resolve customer issues * Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support customer success * Meet sales targets and overcome objections to reduce churn * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences

Essential Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills * Experience in customer service and sales * Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools * High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Proven track record of hitting sales targets * Experience working in a high-energy environment * Strong active listening and probing question skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
