Job Summary

As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with our users through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional experience for every user leveraging the platform for their supply ordering needs. You'll work collaboratively with our team to troubleshoot issues, evolve our platform, and support the growth of our community.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with users through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide an exceptional experience

  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve our platform and improve user experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform and its features to provide expert support
  • Work closely with our community to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to our development team
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that values collaboration, empathy, and open communication

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience

  • 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in chat support is preferred, but not required
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
  • A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
  • A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality with excellent collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a tech or start-up environment

  • Knowledge of intercom and/or experience with other chat platforms
  • Familiarity with veterinary industry or supply ordering processes
