Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team as a Full Remote Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you'll provide exceptional support to our clients, handling a wide range of tasks, from data entry and administrative support to customer service and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Full Remote Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Support: Provide top-notch support to clients via phone, email, or in-person, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with profile creation, updating, and maintenance, as well as filing, information access, and document creation.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
  • Mail and Administrative Tasks: Prepare and send mail related to customer support procedures, as well as perform exclusive administrative tasks, including word-processing, data entry, and web research.
  • Front Desk Support: Greet and administer all guests, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and clients, directing and seating them to their designated offices and meeting rooms.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office tasks, including filing, record-keeping, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and job-related tasks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
