Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative - Live Chat Support, you will be responsible for:

Providing Exceptional Customer Service:

Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Research and Resolution:

Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers, and identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team.

Administrative Tasks:

Complete necessary administrative work as needed, including accurate call logs and other projects assigned by your supervisor.

Communication and Collaboration:

Work closely with the research team and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Problem-Solving and Multitasking:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle high call volumes, and prioritize tasks effectively.
