  • Our compensation package includes a starting hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after a 60-day provisional period, plus Quarterly Bonus and Commissions on product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, live chat, and email.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a live chat or customer service environment.

  • Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related products.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
