Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Assisting customers with placing orders and reservations, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions

Essential Qualifications
