The Role
As an Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential customers on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your primary objective will be to sell coaching programs and services to our clients' target audience, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
* Start new conversations with potential customers on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
- Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries (2 hours/day)
- Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
- Close sales and meet or exceed performance targets (1.5 hours/day)
- Manage and communicate with your team, including daily tasks and activities (30 minutes/day)
Essential Qualifications
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
- Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
- Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
- Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Location: Latin America or Brazil

Pay and Benefits
* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
- Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
