Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Credit, you will play a critical role in maintaining sound customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. You will provide timely responses to customer inquiries, process credits on behalf of the customer, and perform other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities

* Respond timely to customer inquiries and process requests, according to established standards with attention to style, tone, and manner of communication, received through the automated phone system, email, web, or mail regarding inquiries on invoices, payments, and collections as outlined by the Customer Service Supervisor.

  • Position arenaflex products and services to customers, positioning them as a trusted and reliable partner in the industry.
  • Re-search customer issues and find workable solutions to resolve customer concerns.
  • Share ideas with the department that increase efficiencies and effectiveness of customer needs.
  • Perform necessary record keeping activities.
  • Responsible for credit creation and clearing per current credit policy.
  • Use company systems to complete required follow-up and/or corrections on accounts.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM and other customer service tools.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service, preferably in a credit or collections environment.

  • Knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
