Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions, drive process improvements, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure the impact of changes. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication skills will enable you to drive business growth and improvement, while ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions, drive process improvements, and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure the impact of changes
  • Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business decision-making
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to business, data analysis, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business improvement, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business challenges and opportunities and develop solutions to address them
  • Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience working with data analysis software, such as Excel or SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a field of study related to business, data analysis, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business improvement, or a related field
  • Experience working in a retail or field-based environment
  • Experience with ASDS (Associate Store Director Support) or similar systems
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
