A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in telehealth and school-based occupational therapy, located in Greene, NY. This role supports students through remote and in-person interventions in a school setting, providing essential therapeutic services to meet individual needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services via telehealth and teletherapy platforms to accommodate varied student needs.
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans within a school environment.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapeutic goals into daily school routines.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress notes, and caseload details.
- Participate in scheduled meetings and communicate effectively with parents and school personnel.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Proven experience delivering occupational therapy in school settings.
