Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting our members' drug plans. You'll be responsible for making phone calls and answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your knowledge of healthcare, will enable you to provide the necessary solutions to facilitate treatment. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to phone calls and emails from members, addressing their questions and concerns about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions

  • Provide accurate and timely information about plan benefits, eligibility, and coverage
  • Resolve member complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes, industry developments, and arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, able to convey trust and confidence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management and healthcare regulations
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
