Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects
• Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries with empathy and expertise
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times, ensuring efficient processing and delivery
• Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
• Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong understanding of brand name and generic medications
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge (a plus)
• Great telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

• Frameworks/ECM knowledge, with experience in implementing and managing these systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
