Job Functions
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work from Home Opportunity with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting with booking new reservations or updating prior requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Handling all general questions or inquiries with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Work from Home Equipment and Requirements
arenaflex provides all necessary equipment for this role, including a computer, headset, and other tools. You'll need to have a high-speed internet connection, which we'll provide a monthly stipend of $50 to support.
Pay and Benefits
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work from Home Opportunity with arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $17.00, with opportunities to earn additional income through performance-based incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

Shift Requirements
As a flexible and adaptable individual, you'll be required to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday, within one of the following ranges:
- AM Shift: 4:00am - 4:30pm (8 hours within window)
- MID Shift: 8:30am - 8:30pm (8 hours within window)
- PM Shift: 12:30pm - Midnight (8 hours within window)
