Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships. This is a part-time remote work opportunity, with the option to work from home after completing our comprehensive training program. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $750 sign-on bonus and quarterly incentives.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner

  • Maintain positive patient relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Learn and understand ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations
  • Answer and document all telephone inquiries, researching and resolving problems with patients' bills
  • Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, printing courtesy claims and itemized statements
  • Rebills accounts after receiving insurance information, arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
  • Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
  • Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
  • Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in retail and restaurant service is strongly encouraged to apply

  • Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting is an asset
