Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience and driving sales through online chat on our clients' websites and social media channels. Your duties will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages from customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Answering customer inquiries and providing helpful resources and information
  • Offering promotional discounts and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

  • Reliable internet connection
  • 5+ hours availability per week
