Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. Key Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

Essential Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field (customer service, data entry, or administrative support)
  • Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation and provide proof of work authorization
