Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This includes data entry, follow-up on missing information, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from systems. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities

* Provide administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team

  • Perform data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to submit to a background investigation
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of claims management systems and processes
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
