As a part-time customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with our customers every day. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
