Role Overview: We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to conduct telehealth consultations, review labs, and guide patients through performance-based treatment plans including NAD+ and hormone optimization. You will operate within a systemized workflow supported by SOPs, internal staff, and a medical director who oversees prescriptions. This is a high-volume role designed for providers who want consistent patient flow and strong earning potential. Responsibilities: Conduct telehealth consultations via video or virtual platforms Review patient intake forms and lab results Recommend treatment plans including NAD+ and HRT protocols Educate patients on protocols and expectations Document all encounters in the EHR system Coordinate with the medical director for prescription approvals Compensation: Compensation is performance-based at $80 to $120 per consultation. Projected volume is 10 to 25 consultations per day. Estimated monthly earnings: 10 consultations per day: approximately $16,000 to $24,000 per month 15 consultations per day: approximately $24,000 to $36,000 per month 25 consultations per day: approximately $40,000 to $60,000 per month Consistent patient flow is provided by Averion Health. Work Structure: Flexible scheduling based on your availability High daily consult volume available Fully remote position Requirements: Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida is required Ability to operate in a telehealth environment Strong communication skills and professionalism with patients Comfortable working within structured protocols and workflows Preferred Qualifications: Additional state licenses, with Texas strongly preferred Telemedicine experience Experience with hormone optimization or performance-based care Familiarity with EHR systems such as Healthie or similar platforms Clinical Structure: You will report to a Medical Director The Medical Director handles final prescription authorization You will have autonomy in patient interaction and care delivery within established protocols Training and SOPs will be provided Why This Role: Strong earning potential with consistent patient volume No responsibility for patient acquisition Fully remote and flexible work structure Systemized workflows designed for efficiency Opportunity to work with a premium, performance-focused patient base Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
