Year Up United Program Overview

Our one-year or less, intensive job training program provides young adults with the opportunity to develop in-demand skills, gain practical experience, and build a strong foundation for their future careers. The program includes:

• In-classroom skill development in areas such as application development, customer success, helpdesk and desktop support, project management, data analytics, quality assurance, business fundamentals, and cyber security
• Access to internships and job placement services through our industry-leading talent placement firm, arenaflex Placement
• Personalized coaching and mentorship to support your growth and development
• An educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase

Eligibility and Requirements

To be eligible for the Year Up United program, you must:

• Be between 18-29 years old
• Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
• Be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
• Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
• Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree
