Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist – Latin America Region

The Role

As an Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for selling coaching programs to clients through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You'll work closely with our client success team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Start new conversations with potential clients and initiate sales discussions

• Follow up with leads and close sales through various social media channels
• Develop and implement organic account growth strategies to increase client engagement
• Manage and respond to active leads, closing sales and meeting revenue targets
• Collaborate with the client success team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Participate in daily communication and management tasks to ensure seamless team operations

Requirements

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

• Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
• Stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
• Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
• Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
• High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working from home and in a remote work environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development

• Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
• Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
• Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000/month
• No limit on commissions
