Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with our products and services

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but preferred)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment

Requirements

* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday, between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but preferred)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
