Clinical Content Specialist – Nursing, Integration Nurse Educator, Career Schools
Job Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver strategic, high-impact faculty engagement
- Contribute to product updates and collaborate with the nursing education team to ensure alignment with academic needs
- Apply analytical thinking to address challenges in nursing education and promote student success
- Collaborate in a team-based environment to develop solutions, drive initiatives, and achieve strategic goals
- Stay informed on trends in nursing education and their implications for student outcomes
- Champion innovation in preparing future nurses for a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape
Requirements:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree required
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing education
- Demonstrated teaching experience in academic nursing, with expertise in curriculum design, assessment, instructional strategies, and learning technologies
- Experience teaching in career schools, proprietary institutions, or non-traditional nursing education settings is a plus
