Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting customer satisfaction through proactive outreach and follow-up calls. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls, confirm scheduled appointments, and respond to voicemail messages, abandoned, and missed calls from customers

  • Make outbound scheduling and follow-up calls to promote customer satisfaction
  • Transfer calls to various departments as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide proactive support to customers through various communication channels
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and call center platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
