Sr. Marketing Coordinator

Our client is actively looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team! This is a fully remote position, but preference is for candidates located in EST/CST time zones.

  • This is a contract through the end of the year, with an opportunity to extend or convert to FT*

Job Description: Basic Job Function This role will support the implementation/execution of lead generation and awareness programs such as events, email, digital marketing, content marketing and webinars for the Healthcare segment marketing programs. This person will also support marketing material development and will help support go to market efforts for new product and feature launches. The successful candidate in this role will leverage marketing automation tools to drive results and perform ongoing monitoring and reporting of key campaign metrics to recommend and implement optimizations as needed. Accountabilities

  • Marketing program coordination and tracking:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing programs, including promotions, communications, distribution and production of literature and sales tools.
  • Assist in the development of project and campaign plans for marketing programs and go-to market efforts.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to develop written communications for internal and external promotions, such as newsletters, articles, emails, blogs and marketing/sales collateral.
  • Manage and track campaign deliverables and ensure schedules and deadlines are met.
  • Support ongoing audits of marketing materials, including web content, sales tools, and brochures. Coordinate updates to materials as needed.
  • Create and execute campaigns as required via marketing automation platforms and tools, including Marmind.
  • Track, measure, interpret and report campaign performance results and provide ongoing recommendations for metrics improvements.
  • Assist in the development and execution of robust project plans and coordinate deliverables for tradeshows, conventions, seminars, webinars, training and/or customer related events.
  • Support event performance reporting and offer optimizations based on learnings.
  • Work and collaborate cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders both inside and outside of Marketing.
  • Develop understanding and strengthen knowledge of best practices of the different disciplines within Marketing.
  • Understand the business supported and make tactical and operational recommendations and decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a Marketing environment, B2B preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet savvy. General understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Strong detail orientation and project management acumen, comfortable documenting and creating new processes.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, positive outlook, enthusiastic, confident and assertive.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A take-charge self-motivated person capable of leading initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver with high-impact results.
