Job Summary:

As an Experienced Customer Service Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for deploying and maintaining satellite customer equipment, ensuring optimal performance and dependability. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert solutions, and promote our wide range of entertainment options. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deploy and maintain satellite customer equipment to ensure optimal performance and dependability

  • Ensure the smooth operation and confirm the functionality of the service, while effectively promoting and invoicing video services to customers
  • Conduct the process of fitting equipment in distinct surroundings such as infrastructure, upper rooms, sublevels, and small cavities
  • Make use of corporate technology to efficiently handle orders and transport company vehicles to job sites
  • Provide expert solutions and promote arenaflex's wide range of entertainment options to customers
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and service activities
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends

Qualifications and Experience:

* Possession of a valid driver's license that is valid in the state where the vehicle is operating

  • Ability to operate autonomously while delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to accommodate fluctuating work schedules, such as working on weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required
  • Fulfilling the requirements of mandatory drug testing, security checks, and physical assessments
  • Previous experience in a comparable position or technical domain is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of environments, including infrastructure, upper rooms, sublevels, and small cavities
