Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
  • Assessing customer needs and providing accurate, informative, and empathetic responses to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals, while striving for continuous improvement and growth
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records and support future communication
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value and loyalty
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with software applications, including CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and exceed targets
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues efficiently

Preferred Qualifications
