Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times: You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your attitude will set the tone for our customer interactions. We're looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries: You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your prompt and courteous responses will set the tone for our customer interactions.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels: You'll be responsible for communicating with customers through phone, email, chat, and other channels. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively and clearly, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints: You'll be responsible for listening to customer complaints and resolving them in a fair and timely manner. You'll need to be able to remain calm and composed, even in difficult situations.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions: You'll need to have a thorough understanding of our products and services, so you can answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests: You'll be responsible for processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints: You'll need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with your colleagues, including our sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process: You'll be responsible for providing feedback on the efficiency of our customer service process, so we can continue to improve and provide the best possible experience for our customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a strong foundation in math and English.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset: You'll need to be able to remain calm and composed, even in difficult situations.
  • Comfortable using computers: You'll need to be comfortable using computers and have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience working with customer support: You'll need to have experience working in a customer support role, either in a call center or in a retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:

  • Knowledge of CRM software: Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is preferred.
