Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, including product purchases and service inquiries, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Demonstrating high standards for quality service, ensuring that every client interaction is exceptional and exceeds expectations.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, ensuring that you are always informed and knowledgeable about our products and services.
  • Working closely with the quality and training team to manage performance expectations and drive results.
  • Maintaining open communication with team leads and managers for support and development, ensuring that you are always informed and aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Documenting all client interactions accurately in the call center database, ensuring that client information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Adhering to schedules and deadlines for both regular and special projects, ensuring that you meet and exceed performance expectations.
  • Exceeding key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as set by management, ensuring that you are a high-performing member of our team.
  • Communicating proactively and professionally with customers across multiple channels, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and exceptional.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to deliver high-level client service under high volume, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong computer literacy and internet savvy, with e-commerce experience preferred.
  • Experience with Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a typing speed of 45-55 wpm minimum.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evenings.

Nice-to-Haves:

While not required, the following experience and skills are highly desirable:

  • Experience in live chat support (1 year preferred).
  • Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry (1 year preferred).
  • Prior call center experience (1 year required).
