Job Summary

As an Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing global frameworks, processes, and quality management systems to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. You'll lead a team of professionals in developing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and execute global frameworks, processes, and quality management systems to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Lead a team of professionals in developing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Drive the development and implementation of preventive measures to ensure compliance and system capability as planned.
  • Establish and maintain business continuity plans to ensure seamless execution of our worldwide frameworks and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive global process standardization and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement drives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with global partners to drive cross-border process standardization and improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the successful execution of our global frameworks and processes.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management).

  • Proven experience in driving operational excellence, process improvement, and customer satisfaction in a global logistics or transportation company.
  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with Cargowise or similar global shipping and logistics systems.
  • Lithe, PMP, or similar project management certification.
  • Proven track record of driving change management and project management initiatives in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong industry knowledge, effective leadership, human relations, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management).

  • Experience with FedEx QDM Master or similar quality management systems.
  • Proven experience in driving high-performing teams, improving processes, and changing business activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision making.
