CMBS Lending & Service Associate
The Louisville, Kentucky office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a CMBS Lending & Service Associate. Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience
- Entry level candidates will be considered for this role; however, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in commercial real estate finance transactions (including CMBS/balance sheet financing transactions), particularly those candidates with experience representing lenders on such transactions
- Superior academic written credentials
- Kentucky licensure, or ability to obtain it in the short-term
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $155,000 to $170,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws. Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
- Annual subjective bonus
