Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Advocate to join our remote team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Customer Advocate, you'll engage with dozens of customers daily, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed during their tax filing experience. Responsibilities

As a Customer Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering common customer inquiries and providing account support via email or chat
  • Collaborating with our Support team to understand, prioritize, and escalate customer feedback and issues
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver delightful experiences to our users
  • Recognizing patterns in customer needs and relaying them to the broader team
  • Learning and growing with a fast-moving and scaling team

Key Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Advocate at arenaflex, you'll need:
