Webflow & Conversion Marketer - B2B SaaS
We’re looking for a part-time Webflow & Conversion Marketer to improve how MontBlancAI presents itself online and converts traffic into leads. You’ll work to refine our homepage, build landing pages, and continuously improve clarity, structure, and performance across our marketing funnel. This is a hands-on role combining Webflow, design, and data-driven optimization. ⸻
Responsibilities
- Improve and maintain our Webflow homepage (structure, clarity, UX)
- Design and build landing pages for campaigns and use cases
- Identify and fix conversion bottlenecks using GA, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Suggest and implement improvements to messaging and page structure
- Support SEO/AEO/GEO basics and campaign execution (pages, tracking, flows)
⸻ About You
- 2+ years experience with Webflow (design + implementation)
- Strong sense for clean, structured, high-converting layouts
- Comfortable using analytics tools (GA, HubSpot, etc.) to guide decisions
- Able to refine and improve existing copy (not full copywriting role)
- Self-starter who can independently execute and suggest improvements
- Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, CRO, SEO, AEO, or GEO
