Tele-Med Family Practice
Well established community health organization is seeking a Family Medicine physician for a remote, Tele-Med position. The agency provides a range of social services including child welfare, youth services, Primary care, OB/Gyn and Behavior health. Patients come into the clinic to meet with you remotely and you would be provided with background information on patients beforehand so you would be ready to go when you meet them. Provider must live in Illinois and have a valid Illinois license. Practice can be full time or part time. For full-time: Hours are 8 hours, 5 days a week, Monday-Friday with one later evening (start time later) and two Saturdays/month (with days off that week) 40 hours/week with 36 patient hours and time allotted for Admin and breaks. Base salary is $185-$195 with a $12k bonus paid quarterly $5k sign on bonus and $5k Retention bonus Benefits: Malpractice/tail Student Loan repayment Medical/Dental/Vision $2k CME plus 5 days paid time off 3 paid summer days 1 paid wellness days 5 sick days 11 paid holidays 3 Weeks paid vacation.
