Our focus is on providing the guidance, resources, and community needed to navigate career transitions into the climate space. What we do We run tailored career accelerator programs that connect aspiring climate leaders with industry experts, provide practical guidance, and create opportunities to pivot into impactful sustainability roles across climate tech, ESG, sustainable finance, the circular economy, and more. Who we’re looking for This programme is designed for early-to-mid-level professionals who want to transition into sustainability or align their careers with climate action. What you’ll get Participants in the program will gain: ✅ 1:1 career coaching with sustainability professionals ✅ Networking opportunities with a peer cohort and senior leaders across climate industries ✅ Support with job search strategies, CV/cover letter reviews, and interview prep ✅ Guidance on building the skills and confidence needed to land a role in sustainability Application process 1.
