As we prepare for large-scale hospitality deployments tied to FIFA World Cup 2026 host city activations and national expansion, we are seeking highly driven Regional Tech Sales II professionals to help expand STELLA across hospitality portfolios, enterprise organizations, venues, and strategic regional markets. Position Summary The Regional Tech Sales II role is responsible for driving enterprise sales growth, regional business development, strategic partnerships, and hospitality technology adoption within assigned territories. This individual will work directly with hotel groups, ownership groups, hospitality operators, venues, tourism organizations, and enterprise decision-makers to position STELLA as next-generation multilingual operational infrastructure. The ideal candidate has experience selling:

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales growth for STELLA hospitality and enterprise solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with:
  • Hotel ownership groups
  • Hotel management companies
  • Resorts
  • Hospitality brands
  • Stadiums and venues
  • Tourism organizations
  • Enterprise operations leaders
  • Conduct product demonstrations and discovery meetings
  • Identify operational pain points and position STELLA solutions effectively
  • Generate and manage qualified sales pipeline opportunities
  • Collaborate with implementation and technical teams during onboarding
  • Support regional hospitality activations and industry events
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop strategic partnerships within assigned territory
  • Represent OViiE AI at conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Support FIFA World Cup 2026-related hospitality initiatives where applicable

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience
  • Experience selling SaaS or enterprise technology solutions
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close
  • Experience working within CRM platforms
  • Ability to travel regionally as needed
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred

  • Hospitality technology sales experience
  • Experience selling into hotels, resorts, or enterprise operations
  • AI, voice technology, or automation platform experience
  • Existing hospitality or tourism industry relationships
  • Experience with PMS, CRM, or operational technology platforms
