Business Intelligence / Data Analyst (Direct Hire / Hybrid)
Our client in Watertown, MA is seeking a direct hire hybrid Business Intelligence / Data Analyst. The Business Intelligence / Data Analyst will work directly with Senior Leadership and gather core requirements to produce meaningful dashboards and reports to provide end users with the resources necessary to measure / achieve current and future KPIs. - At least 5 years of experience gathering requirements in a data driven role to produce dashboards and reports in order to analyze company performance and monitor / develop KPI's and offer solutions to achieve desired company performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and organize daily / project activities
- Excellent task planning, prioritization, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data reporting and visualizations tools
- Any experience with SSRS, Power BI, and / or Tableau are strong pluses
- Experience with SQL and MS SQL Server
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Nice to have:
- Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of EHR / EMR database structure
- Master's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience working in mission driven environments / volunteer experience
