Managing Consultant, RCM & Hospital Billing (MEDITECH)
Job Title: Managing Consultant - RCM & Hospital Billing (MEDITECH) Type: Contract/C2H/Direct Hire Location: Remote - up to 25% travel Summary: Owns day-to-day delivery of hospital billing revenue cycle technology and analytics initiatives. This role leads client working sessions, supports MEDITECH transitions, develops reporting and performance insights, and ensures high-quality, executive-ready deliverables that drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily project execution, workplan management, risks, and deliverables for HB revenue cycle initiatives.
- Support MEDITECH hospital billing transitions, with emphasis on reporting readiness and performance monitoring.
- Develop and document metric definitions, baseline analyses, dashboards, and reporting packages.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare clear, well-structured executive and operational presentations and status updates.
- Lead, coach, and mentor consultants and senior consultants; enforce quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting hospital billing revenue cycle initiatives using a technical and analytics lens.
- Exposure MEDITECH revenue cycle implementations or optimization efforts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing delivery skills.
