Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support in handling calls, emails, data entry, and website management tasks. As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing data entry tasks, updating websites, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service through email, live chat, and phone support.
  • Lead Generation: Generating new leads through email gathering and verification, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Data Entry: Managing data entry tasks, including research, transcription, data collection, extraction, and encoding.
  • Website Management: Updating and maintaining our websites, including comments and inbox management.
  • Project Management: Supervising, planning, scheduling, reporting, and analysis of projects, as well as file and document organization.
  • Email, Zoom, and Calendar Management: Managing email, Zoom, and calendar tasks, including appointment setting and travel arrangements.
  • Digital Marketing: Assisting with digital marketing efforts, including ad posting, eBay, Amazon, Steam, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a call center, payment industry, or crypto-related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms, including CRM systems like Hubspot, Salesforce, and ZOHO.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Digital Marketing Experience: Experience with digital marketing, including ad posting, eBay, Amazon, Steam, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Website Management: Experience with website management, including comments and inbox management.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management, including supervision, planning, scheduling, reporting, and analysis.
