Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced bilingual Customer Success Associate who's fluent in Mandarin and English, with 2-5 years of experience in a call center environment. As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our Customer Success Manager to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance across various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and text
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately using our CRM system
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Working towards achieving customer service targets, metrics, and company Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Enhancing customer service quality by analyzing and refining processes and system configurations
  • Providing technical advice and assistance to maximize customer operational performance
  • Identifying and troubleshooting network problems related to customer service channels and platforms
  • Collaborating with and reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in two languages: Mandarin and English
  • 2-5 years of experience in a call center environment handling a high volume of calls
  • Enthusiasm for engaging in conversations and continuously learning from and educating customers
  • Passion for technology and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends
  • Clear, personable, and informative communication skills
  • Curiosity, motivation, and a drive to tackle new challenges
  • Strong team player who is comfortable both providing and seeking assistance
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced setting
