Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Answering incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional service * Reviewing customer history as necessary to provide personalized support * Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy * Helping customers change their travel plans, including flights, hotels, and rental cars * Providing or confirming customers' travel itinerary, including flight numbers, hotel reservations, and rental car information * Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues * Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping About You To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need: * Prior customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field * Strong geographical knowledge, including knowledge of cities, countries, and time zones * Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication and listening skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and proactively in a high-growth environment * Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating multiple applications * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends * Ability to maintain a high level of energy and productivity in a remote work environment Requirements To be a successful Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need: * A computer and equipment meeting the following specifications: + Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite) + Operating System: Windows 10 + Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above + Memory: 8GB of RAM + Hard Drive: 256GB + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome + Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels + Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers) + Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software + Headset: USB noise-canceling headset Work Environment As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
