Freelance Designer Needed (Wix Websites + Marketing Collateral)

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented freelance designer to support ongoing marketing and creative projects on a project-by-project basis. Our immediate need is someone with strong Wix website design/build experience, but we’re also looking for support with broader marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, email graphics, signage, and branded materials. This role is best suited for someone who can work quickly, communicate clearly, and deliver polished, high-quality work with minimal oversight. What You’ll Be Doing - Designing and building websites in Wix (Wix Studio preferred) - Updating and maintaining existing Wix websites - Creating marketing collateral, including: - brochures - flyers - presentations - email graphics - branded assets - Preparing clean print-ready and digital-ready files - Executing fast-turn revisions accurately - Maintaining strong visual consistency and brand standards Requirements - Strong portfolio of BOTH Wix websites and marketing collateral - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality - Strong typography, layout, and design sensibility - Reliable communication and responsiveness - Ability to take direction and execute independently Preferred - Wix Studio experience - Experience working with professional services, real estate, architecture, hospitality, or lifestyle brands - Basic understanding of responsive web design and SEO best practices To Apply Please include: 1: Links to Wix websites you personally designed/built 2: Examples of marketing collateral you designed 3: Your hourly rate 4: Your typical turnaround time for small projects 5: The word “Precision” at the top of your application, so we know you read the full posting Potential for ongoing freelance work for the right fit.
