Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing technology to access customer information and resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Schedule Flexibility

We understand that everyone's schedule is different, and we're committed to providing flexibility to our contractors. You'll have the opportunity to create a work schedule that suits your needs, with flexible work hours available during weekdays and daytime. Our contractors typically work a minimum of 20 hours per week, but you can choose to work more or less depending on your availability.

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. You'll also have access to additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:

• A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
• A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
• A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
• Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:

• A quiet, uninterrupted space
• An organized desk area

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and expenses. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
