Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Analyst to lead our data analysis efforts and drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a key member of our Advanced Innovation team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to improve business processes and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our IT and Product teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead data analysis efforts to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth and improvement

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including IT, Product, and Business teams
• Design and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders
• Collaborate with our IT team to develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights
• Develop and maintain strong analytical skills, including data modeling, statistical analysis, and data mining
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
• Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their analytical skills and knowledge
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
• 3+ years of experience in a Fortune 500 organization
• 1+ year of experience in leading teams and mentoring junior team members
• Master's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong analytical skills, including data modeling, statistical analysis, and data mining
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or Tableau
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• High level of SQL skills and experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or related field

• Google Data Analytics Certification, Power BI Certified Partner, AWS Certified Data Analytics, or similar certifications
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience with dataDog, AppD, Kibana, or similar tools
• Experience with business intelligence frameworks, such as Palantir or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
• Past experience in the airline or travel industry
• Experience with AWS Redshift, Quicksight, Athena, or similar tools
• Experience with Big Question or similar tools
