As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates. You'll be responsible for providing a pleasant, expert, assured, and insightful career to help resolve customer travel issues and make their journey memorable. Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with customers in a kind and beneficial manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and retention

• Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in challenging situations
• Work daily with a safety mentality, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for yourself and your colleagues
• Navigate complex situations with composure and adaptability, resolving issues while maintaining a positive attitude
• Collaborate with others, assisting your colleagues and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Minimum of 18 years old
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
• Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
• Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
• Basic knowledge of aviation industry practices and procedures
